How can one Human beings life be any more important than another Human life? In my opinion it isn't
, but in our culture worshipping society some people have risen above human status. Celebritism is becoming more and more common. The more people pay attention to this circus the more it grows like putting fuel on an already burning fire! At the same time I do feel bad that Michael Jackson has died as I feel bad when anyone dies, but to make him into this demi God is rediculus. And I don't blame the celebrities at all it's our fault as a society for building these celebrities up. Stop watching and reading and listening to all this gossip. There I got it out! I had to it was driving me up the wall. I mean just the other day I was mentioning in passing to a friend about someone who had died and his reaction was "well we all die" where as I felt sad. On a seperate occasion he had mentioned that the death of John Lennon was sad now what makes that any more sad?

A New York congressman says in a You Tube video that Michael Jackson was a "pervert."

Rep. Peter King said society is "glorifying" a "low-life" while ignoring the efforts of teachers, police officers, firefighters, veterans and volunteers (as if he cared).

Jackson was acquitted of molesting a boy.

In the video, the congressman says the "day in and day out" coverage of Jackson's death is "too politically correct."

He conceded that Jackson "may have been a good singer" and "did some dancing (???)."

Ken Sunshine says the family will not dignify King's statement with a comment.

King is among the possible Republican contenders for the seat held by Democratic Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand.

But, Peter King did not make any mention of David Carradine. Hanging himself or murdered in a sex exhibition. Why is he so quiet about Carradine and cannot come to grips about the well known Michael Jackson?
